Domestic orders must be postmarked within 30 days of your order date for a refund or store credit.

Domestic returns for refund will be subject to a $8 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

The return shipping fee will be waived on returns for store credit.

Eligible domestic returns can also be refunded in the form of store credit on an Comfy Vibes gift card, and no return shipping fee will be applied.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays. If your order was purchased using a gift card, you will only be -refunded directly back to the gift card.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
